Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Retail Shipping Information
We currently are only shipping to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes. We are not shipping internationally nor to US territories at this time.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout by weight and destination of the order. Choosing the appropriate shipping method is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Vonuva is not responsible for any additional shipping charges if the package is returned to us because of an address error, customer absence, or package refusal. If an address needs to be changed after the order has been placed, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the necessary changes, but are not responsible for packages that have already shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Most domestic shipments should arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped. That said, if you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, a formal search request can be submitted to the US Postal Service. Please let us know if we can assist in this process.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
